Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. At the age of 1 1/2 years old My family and I immigrated into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing my life with the world. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. In my mind, I had a plan for my future. Attend college, and graduate. Be married. Get a home. Create children. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other plans. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I was living a solitary life to earn a paycheck. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I realized the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being with people and help those around me. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. To lead in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and objectives. It is my aim for me to help others chase their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wanted. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most successful times in my entire life. My mother passed away just when my career took off. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It's incredible how life can give us the exact lessons we need even when we don't realize that it is there. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me for the better. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity at living a full and fulfilling life. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin a new life. To me, it was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware of the fact like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as I did in the past. My story is made available to me so that I may talk about my experience as well as my words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the greatest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
